UK Deliveries

Mischief offers several UK delivery options. Delivery prices are calculated once items are placed in the basket. Any additional delivery instructions (e.g. ‘leave parcel with a neighbour’) can be added in the order comments section.

Mischief usually uses a courier service for its deliveries and charges £3.95 for all orders under £100 on the UK mainland. Free delivery is offered on all orders over £100 and this discount will be automatically applied at checkout. Items are usually dispatched within 2 days and delivery can take a further 5 days to addresses on the UK mainland. If the delivery address is in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, or the Republic of Ireland, please expect a longer delivery time and a higher delivery charge.

You may need to sign for your delivery. If you are not required to sign for your delivery and you are not in, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place (such as a letter box, porch, garage, greenhouse, etc) and will take a photograph for their (and our) record. At this point, it is the recipient's property. Where there is dispute regarding delivery, the photograph will be obtained as proof of delivery. If the parcel goes missing after delivery, Mischief will not be held responsible.

International Deliveries

Orders delivered to locations outside of the UK will be sent via an international courier, depending upon the size and weight of the items ordered. If the delivery of an order to any country outside of the UK is refused for any reason, we will not be liable for any customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes incurred by the attempted delivery of that order. All additional charges will be billed to the customer who placed the order.

All import taxes and duties that Individual countries may impose on an order are you the customers responsibility. This tax will not be paid or refunded by us under any circumstances.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your
purchase, we’ll assume you are loving your new paddles and are winning on the
court and we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Returns eligibility

Each customer will have 30 calendar days to return an item from the original purchase date.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred on all returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All items must be new, and in an unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing items

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@mischiefpickleball.com and we will provide you with return address details.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email us for specific address details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service.

Warranty

Warranty policy

Mischief pickleball offer the highest quality and performance pickleball paddles and warrants the paddles to be free from defects in workmanship and materials when used for the intended purpose under normal use and conditions for 6 months from the date of delivery when purchased from our website.

Warranty Policy:

All paddles have a 6 Month Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship of the paddle.

6 month warranty on core materials, deformation and de-lamination.

Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase is required.

Any reported factory defects on arrival must be presented to HUSTL Pickleball with photographic evidence prior to use - in line with the return policy (including handle plastic wrap still on handle).

Mischief pickleball exercise the right to judge and determine whether a paddle is covered by our warranty and whether to replace it.

Warranty does not apply to replacement paddles.

If approved under warranty, we will aim to issue a replacement within 10 business days from arrival with us.

What is not covered?

Normal wear and tear - Fading of graphics | scuff marks.
Damage through improper usage - striking the ground | other paddles, or anything other than a pickleball
Negligence - throwing paddle on ground or hitting tennis balls.
Acts of nature, or accident.
Used in commercial applications or rentals.
Any modifications or repairs made to your paddle.
Purchased from a non-authorized Mischief dealer.
Purchased paddle in used condition.
Not being the original purchaser.
The paddle was won in a promotion or in a competition.
use of paddle in temperatures below 40f or 5c.
